submit your ballot, sign, and print
First, make sure you familiarize yourself with the nominees from the Nomination Dashboard.
Ballot form

Go to the ballot link you received via email.

Be sure to enter the Voter ID exactly as it appears in the email.

Using the drop-downs on the ballot, select the candidate for each vacancy. Please note, you are not required to fill every vacancy should you choose not to.

Submit the form.

If your Voter ID, email entered, and name all match the CHBC files, you will receive a PDF of your pre-filled ballot via email within an hour.

You can e-sign and date then print, or print and physically sign and date the ballot.

Your official ballot is now ready for CHBC!
Live Election
bring your signed paper ballot!
Please bring your printed ballot to the live election on June 6th at 6:30 pm in Mrs. Hepler's classroom. The paper ballot will be validated against the form entry by the nominating committee and the dashboard for the live election results will be shared.
If you are unable to make it to the live election, you can bring the paper ballot in a sealed envelope to the CHBC office between the hours of 9:30 am to 2:45 pm. The ballots must be personally delivered and handed to Amanda who will imprint the envelope with the CHBC seal to ensure it is not tampered with until the live election.
